In a deliberate effort to secure safety working environment and a comprehensive protection of the rights of employees in public and private companies, Nigeria government through the National Social Insurance Trust Fund, NSITF, is championing the adoption of the Employment Compensation Scheme, an Act that was signed to ensure an inclusive protection of employees in both public and private organizations.
