Terms and conditions

•    Each month, Flying Blue Club Africa members can enter the Picture This! competition by uploading photographs from their favourite golf experiences. Members may upload as many pictures as they want each month.
•    The competition runs every six weeks. Pictures can be uploaded in the first three weeks. Voting takes place on Facebook in the last three weeks
•    Members can vote for their preferred winner on the website by rating the picture(s). Each month, the Flying Blue team will select the top 10 from the best rated pictures. To give everyone a fair chance, entrants will only go through to the final round on Facebook with one picture. The final selection will be posted on Flying Blue Golf’s Facebook page in the last three weeks of the competition period, where our Facebook fans can pick the winner for that period
•    The winner is determined by the most votes on Facebook
•    An additional 5000 Flying Blue miles will be rewarded to a randomly selected voter on Facebook
•    If the Facebook votes end in a tie, the Flying Blue Team will pick a winner from the top rated pictures on Facebook
•    The winning picture, winner’s name and country of residence will be announced in the second week of each month through the communication channels of  the club (e.g. website, newsletter, Facebook page, Twitter, etc). The winning  photograph will be permanently featured in the ‘Previous winners’ archive of Picture This! Flying Blue reserves the right to use the winning pictures for all communication and promotional materials (online and offline) related to Picture This!
•    Flying Blue has the right to reject entries that do not meet these Terms and Conditions
•    Flying Blue cannot be held responsible for problems with the network, computer hardware or software, or any breakdown or failure that results in the Participant’s entry form or any other information becoming incomplete, damaged or lost
•    By entering the competition, participants automatically accept these Terms and Conditions
•    The general terms and conditions of Flying Blue Golf also apply to this competition
•    All decisions made by Flying Blue regarding this competition will be considered final; no correspondence will be entered into. Neither information about the prizes or how they are awarded
•    Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time they enter the competition
•    Entries may be rated from 1 to 10 points
•    Each entry may be rated once per Flying Blue member, participants may not rate their own entries
•    Uploaded photographs may be removed from the site by the uploader. If you chose to remove a photograph from the site your photograph is no longer in the running for Picture of the Month
•    We trust Flying Blue members to upload their own photography, if we suspect foul play or if the content of the photograph is deemed inappropriate Flying Blue reserves the right to remove your photograph from the website and the Picture This competition
•    If there are less than 50 entries in a given competition period, Flying Blue reserves the right to abstain from choosing a winner for that period. Entries for that period will automatically be entered into the next competition period
•    Flying Blue reserves the right to amend or cancel the Terms and Conditions, prizes, definitions or other information at any point during the Term of the Competition and to do so without any form of notice whatsoever.
